The MVe Pilates Chair is a fresh, fun work-out set to music. Working on the Chair challenges your balance and co-ordination and adds a more cardiovascular challenge. It is brilliant cross-training for running, cycling and ski-ing as well as many other sports.
We have 9 MVe chairs and offer a number of group classes throughout the week. If you have never experience the MVe Chair then ask one of the team which class is best for you. We run regular beginners workshops and also have a weekly class specifically for beginners.
You need to have done some matwork pilates before you join the MVe chair classes.
