BOOK NEW ON-LINE CLASSES HERE

All our studio based classes are currently on hold, to help keep our lovely customers safe and well.

Instead we are now offering our new @HOME on-line classes. Join in a live Pilates class from the comfort of your own home.

You can still contact the studio on our usual number and via email (info@barefootstudio.co.uk) or book on-line or via the app.

HOW TO JOIN OUR ON-LINE ZOOM CLASSES

What you will need?

  • a computer, laptop or tablet, preferably with a camera so we can see you. A smartphone is fine but the picture of us doing a demo may be a bit small.
  • It works best if you download the Zoom app to your device. You can do this now or wait for your first class invite and zoom will then automatically install when you click on the link. Just make sure you do this in plenty of time before the class
  • A mat to lie on and some props if you have them to hand. We suggest a pole (half a broom stick is good), a ball, band and a towel folded up as a head cushion. We have at home Pilates kits for sale (with home delivery) for £45, please ring to order.

How do I join?

BOOK NEW ON-LINE CLASSES HERE

Please book into class as you would do normally, either on-line, by phone or on the app. The class will be deducted from your pass as usual.

Once you have booked you will be sent a link with a password in order to join the class.

How does it work?

10-15 minutes before the class start time you can click on the class link that will be emailed to you.

This video tutorial lasts just 1 minute and will help you get set up.

You can also join a test meeting https://zoom.us/test

Make sure your camera and audio is switched on.

Position your laptop/computer/tablet/phone so that we can see you when you are lying on your mat and so that you can see us. (Make sure your room is tidy and that there are no knickers drying on the radiator behind you!).

Once the class starts, you will be able to see the teacher and hear them.

Then just enjoy the class.
