How to book your pilates class
If you are brand new to pilates, or even a little rusty, you need to attend either a series of four 121 pilates sessions or an introduction to pilates course. This will teach you the basics and give us the chance to fully assess you. Introduction to Pilates course are six weeks in length and are repeated every term. Once you have learnt the foundations of PIlates you can then attend any  of the pilates classes on the timetable by buying a 6 class pass and booking onto the sessions you want to attend. Class sizes are limited to 12 people so booking is esential.

To really accelerate your learning or if you are recovering from injury then a series of 121 sessions are best for you. You can share a session with a friend or partner who is at a similar level to you.

How to book your Nia class
To put it simply just turn up! Each class is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. You can pay as you go per class or buy a 10 class pass and take up to a year to use it. Classes also held every Tuesday at THE HUB Barry at 7pm.

Nordic Walking
This is a fun, sociable, and even if its raining, outdoors class. Walk back to fitness using Nordic walking poles. The technique uses 90% of your skeletal muscles and eases the load on the knees and hips. You’ll burn 46% more calories than with regular walking and enjoy the beautiful Welsh countryside around Cowbridge. New walks in Bute Park Cardiff, Porthkerry Park Barry and Cosmeston Lakes. Please book in advance for your lesson.

Womens Weights
Tone and re-shape your arms and shoulders in this ¾ hour class that challenges your core stabilising muscles as you work with light arm weights. £7 per class, please book.

New Weight Management Course
The course will give some basic nutritional advice with the main focus on introducing you to fitness techniques that raise your metabolism and therefore increase calorie burn, whilst toning and shaping the body. We believe that you should enjoy and look forward to exercise and feel energised afterwards. This course will offer you an interesting and fun way to get in shape, a real alternative to being a 'gym gerbil'. The next course starts on Monday 16th April, 7.30pm for 5 weeks and costs £45 per person.

Baby Massage with Katryn Max
Designed for parents, grandparents and other caregivers with their babies. The ideal age for babies to attend is birth to pre-crawling. You will be guided through a step-by-step massage routine combining Swedish massage, Indian massage and reflexology. £35 for a 5 week course, includes notes and a bottle of grapeseed massage oil.

Pregnancy Yoga and Mum & Baby Yoga with Laura Gilmore
Pregnancy yoga helps you to tune in with your own body & breath, to maintain strength & fitness during pregnancy, and prevent or remedy common problems you may experience. You will learn relaxation techniques you can use during your pregnancy, birth and beyond. Mum & Baby Yoga is a chance for both parent & child to enjoy the benefits of yoga & to explore each other in a joyful way. Yoga facilitates babies' development & relieves common ailments such as colic, wind, constipation & encourages deep sleep! Both courses are for 6 weeks and cost £60 each.

Cancellation Policy:
All classes and 1to1 sessions must be paid for if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

The current summer term ends on the 20 july 2007 and regular classes change over to our summer programme. The new Autumn term starts on 3 September 2007:
