Pilates Cross Train

Based on Pilates Principles, Pilates Cross Train class will get you ready for a myriad of activities….from walking to hiking, skiing, golf, tennis…whatever sport/leisure activity you do.  The benefits of cross training include:  a higher level of overall conditioning, reduces the risk of injury from repetitive strain or overuse, improves skill, agility and balance plus it’s FUN!

Classes begin on Monday, 20th February, 7:30 pm

Cost £51.00 for 6 class pass.  Booking essential.
