The Cardiff Outdoor Action Show 2009 is on this weekend, Friday 19th to Sun 21st June, in the Oval Basin, Cardiff Bay. You can come along and try out canoeing, climbing, and for the first time at the show, Nordic Walking. British Nordic Walking will be there together with Barefoot Studio to offer FREE 30 minutes taster sessions in Nordic Walking. We will be joined by some of the Welsh INWA Nordic Walking instructors who will be taking groups out for Nordic Walks around the bay and across the barrage.
The show opens on Friday from 9:30 am until 3:00pm and then on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5pm. Look out for the Exel marquee and beach flags.
