Extended Nordic Walk - Porthkerry Park

The clocks have changed and we take advantage on this extneed walk. It gives Paula more time to walk you up more hills and the extra half hour will help you to burn off some of those Easter Eggs!

With visiting Dutch Peak Pilates Teacher - Ingeborg Timmerman
6th May to 9 May 2008

Throughout this week Ingeborg will be teaching the group matwork classes at the studio and offering special one to one sessions on the reformer. We have added some extra 121 sessions at £10 off the usual cost at only £28 for the hour. If you've not yet tried the pilates reformer then this is a great opprtunity to do so.

Book classes early for this week to avoid missing out on working with this great teacher.
