Baby Massage

The five-week baby massage course is designed for parents (mums and dads), grandparents and other caregivers with their babies.  The ideal age for babies to attend is birth to pre-crawling.  Participants massage their babies whilst being guided through a step-by-step massage routine, which is a carefully balanced combination of Swedish massage, Indian massage, Yoga and Reflexology techniques.  Classes include relaxation techniques and topical talks to promote peer support amongst fellow group members, as well as delightful songs, games and stories to use whilst you are massaging your baby.

Katryn is a mother (to a baby who has been massaged since birth!) and a highly experienced complementary therapist.  Through the course she combines her love of massage with the firm belief that therapeutic touch is one of the best and most rewarding ways in which to communicate with babies.  She is a certified infant massage instructor (CIMI) with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).
