Barefoot Studio has three beautiful treatment rooms where our professional team offer a great range of treatments for you and your body. All are easily accessible from our free car park and you can make use of our relaxing waiting room with complementary teas & coffee. We are just 15 mins from Cardiff and the M4 in the lovely market town of Cowbridge, so make your whole visit relaxing and easy.
Our team of therapists are leaders in their fields and offer a high quality service tailored to your individual needs. We specialise in a complete approach to your health and well being, and many of our therapists work in partnership with each other to ensure you recieve everything your body needs. Treatments include acupuncture, aromatherapy, osteopathy, nutrition, sports massage, psychotherapy, to name a few.
