Carlos Rosas, co-founder of the Nia Technique, is giving a Heart of Nia Playshop which is open to everyone, teachers and students. Set in the wonderful Great Hall in London which also serves as a theatre and the dance space for Sadlers Wells.
Join Nia co-founder Carlos Rosas for a two-hour journey into the Heart of Nia.
Through a powerful mix of music, movement, and heart-pounding joy, your body will soak up new sensations while your spirit plays! Using a blend of classic Nia and freedance, Carlos will guide you into a deeper relationship with movement, opening the gateway for you to experience the Joy of Movement from the inside out.
This one-of-a-kind Nia ride, punctuated with high peaks of athletics and sensuous valleys of stillness, will allow you to explore the essence of Nia in a new way as you connect with Nia’s past, present, and future.
