Barefoot Studio Celebrates 4th birthday

On Saturday we celebrated 4 years of our Cowbridge Studio being open.Time has flown by. I can’t believe its 4 years since we were running round like mad things trying to get everything ready to open. When I look back at the old photos of the building before we moved in its hard to believe what the studio looks like today. The shop looks totally different too. We have really expanded what we sell over the years, new brands like Odlo and Asics have come along as well as Nordic Walking. Nordic Walking is now such a big part of what we do, offering lessons, teaching instructors and selling Exel  & Leki poles. Pilates has changed too. We now teach using the Pilates Reformer and have a new Pilates teacher, Debbie Cooke, who qualified in January with Peak Pilates. We look forward to the next 4 years!
