Thank you for the reply.
I shall keep an eye open for future walks and may take up your offer of a trial session.

Hi Les, yes our walks are open to anyone as long as you have had at least one nordic walking lesson from an INWA instructor, which you have. We give people a good description fot he walk and then you can judge for yourself whether each months nordic walk is appropriate fro your level of fitness. Some are longer or more hilly than others, for example. If you would like to come along as a one off to try one of our walks then you can pay the guest fee of £5.

I have completed the basic Nordic Walking training, through the 'Venture Out Scheme', in the Ogmore and Garw valleys and joined one of the local groups. (we do short walks locally lasting just one hour)
Your 'monthly walks' look interesting.
I have two questions.
Can anyone join your 'walks'?
and are your walks suitable for beginners?
